Rice Ranch Park
Orcutt, CA
R.W. Scott Construction Company’s experience in concrete installation and grading were executed to lay the ground work for a new residential park in Orcutt, California. Concrete Seat Walls containing beautiful planters for functionality and landscape were made while safely bringing an aesthetically superior project to fruition, on time and on budget.
