Presqu’ile Winery
Santa Maria, CA
R.W. Scott Construction Company, Inc. completed the site work for a flagship winery located at 5391 Presqu’ile Drive in the hills east of Santa Maria, California. This topography made this project challenging and our experience enabled us to meet required precise grading on difficult terrain. We effectively excavated roughly 40 feet in depth to create a gravity driven wine processing facility while giving attention to the surrounding sensitive environment.
